Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the NIIMBOT printer and all original accessories in their original packaging to ensure the electronics are protected during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
